The feature "Protection from water" itself does not mean that water cannot get inside the drone, water gets into under the case, but the fact is that all electronic elements are treated with a special water-repellent coating, which protects the board and batteries from water.

The focus of this drone is on flight and not on shooting. In any case, if you buy a drone without a camera, you can buy it at any time.

Motors
JJRC H31 is equipped with brushed motors with a drive through a gear, the potential of which is fully sufficient for aerial drone flights.
Flight properties
In flight, the drone showed both good controllability and speed, especially in Expert mode, and this is not amazing because the drone is very light less than 100g, and the motors, as mentioned above, have a power reserve.
The JJRC H31 has three modes of activity Low / Medium / Expert, which are distinguishable from each other, which in turn allows the beginner to step through the learning process from simple to more difficult.
The CF mode (CF mode) will also come to the aid of the beginner, which disables the drone's orientation in space and the pilot for the first time of training will be able to focus exclusively on controlling the quad without binding front / rear. But in the future this will become important because PRO level drones rely on cardinal directions and it is important for them which direction the nose (front) of the drone is directed.
Flips, drums, the quad performs flawlessly, despite the simplicity of the construction of the JJRC H31, it turned out to be very durable, not a single fall in the tests did not cause any visible damage to the quad. The flight time on a fully charged battery was no more than 10 minutes.
Camera
The manufacturer offers a choice of 2 cameras 0.3MP and 5MP, with moderate quality of shooting. Cameras are connected via a 3-pin connector. It is worth noting that the internal elements of the camera, both one and the other, in contrast to the drone, do not have protection against water and, if the camera comes into contact with water, will lead to a short circuit of the drone itself, so the camera should be removed at any mention of water at the time of the flight.

they offer a wide range of video cameras adapted for a drone, they are more expensive, but for that, we get good, both photo and video material.
Battery
When the JJRC H31 became available for purchase for the first time, the kit included 3.7V 350mAh LiPo batteries, but now the quad comes with a 3.7V battery V 400mAh LiPo. USB-charged, full charge cycle time approx. 30 minutes.
It is worth remembering that when the connection is lost, JJRC H31 falls!
Remote control
Classic 4-channel JJRC remote control operating at 2.4GHz. The distance of the drone with such a remote control according to the manufacturer's specification is about 200 meters, in fact it was about 80 meters. Power is supplied from four 1.5V AA batteries.
