About the drone

The other day we already told you about the high-speed drone XM2 InterseptorFPV drones based on them. Shendrones Thicc is a 7-inch octocopter built from the ground up in X8 configurationBlackMagic Pocket Cinema

According to Andy, the idea of building the Thicc drone arose by chance, or to be precise, he received an order from three buyers for the manufacture of 7-inch hexacopters and when almost everything was ready, his friend and fellow hobbyist - Gab (Gabriel Kocher - top pilot of the DRL league 2017-2018; has vast experience in shooting and building UAVs from scratch; assembled, set up and tested one of the three drones Thicc), through weighty arguments, recommended abandoning the hexacopter configuration and implementing a project based on the octocopter in the X8 configuration

Another person known both in hobby and in world drone racing - Paul Nurkkala or Nurk (Drone World Champion -Racing DRL Allianz 2018; current top pilot in the DRL league; has vast experience in building UAVs from scratch; assembled, configured and tested one of the three Thicc drones).
