The cameras work in close connection with low-light sensors, and the tandem itself works on a special image quality processing algorithm. Thanks to this approach, the output is high-quality photo and video material, realized under water.
Control
Gladius is controlled remotely by means of a classic sliding remote control in which a smartphone is installed / tablet. The remote has a pair of joysticks and a row of buttons. The tandem works closely with the floating buoy via Wi-Fi.
A Wi-Fi module is installed in the buoy itself, but the buoy already directly interacts with the drone using a cable. Depending on the configuration, the removal distance will be available at 50 meters, and at 500 meters (depending on the power of the Wi-Fi module).
One of the joysticks on the equipment controls the drone, the other controls the camera. The remote control will also be available in various modes of LED-backlighting to ensure optimal illumination underwater. The display of the paired device (smartphone / tablet) in real time broadcasts a video picture in 720P quality.
The immersion depth is limited by the length of the cable. Depending on the configuration, it can be up to 50 meters, and up to 100 meters. The distance of removal is limited by the power of the Wi-Fi transmitter, which is installed in the buoy (available at 50m and 500m)
